Contact Your provider for details. Internal Plesk error occurred: Unable to connect to database: saved admin password is incorrect.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>then the steps to follow are given below. It is assumed you have logged into SSH with root credentials.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1.Reset Plesk admin password in the mysql database<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>First stop the plesk service:<\/p>\n<p>\/etc\/init.d\/psa stopall<\/p>\n<p>Note that this will also stop apache and mysql services.<\/p>\n<p>Next set the new password:<\/p>\n<p>export PSA_PASSWORD=&#8217;NEW_PASSWORD&#8217;\u00a0; \/usr\/local\/psa\/admin\/sbin\/ch_admin_passwd; unset PSA_PASSWORD<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2.Start Apache<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\/usr\/sbin\/apachectl restart<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3.Start MySQL<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\/etc\/init.d\/mysqld start<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4.Start Plesk Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\/etc\/init.d\/psa start<\/p>\n<p>The above instructions are valid for GNU Linux.
